· Recruit eligible profiles to work as “Life Advisors” or “distribution partners” through personal contacts, field work in the designated sales area

· Ensure the recruited candidates complete the required forms and attend the IRDA training and exams

· Ensure coding and licensing of the “passed” candidates

· Ensure product and process training for the licensed candidates

· Make field visits with the licensed candidates to help them develop business

· Ensure regular trainings sessions are conducted to upgrade the “life advisors” selling skills

· Evaluate the “team” performance on a quarterly basis as per company process

· Fund management, backend support, client servicing, client meeting on a regular basis

· Arrange for worksite sales sessions every month to ensure bulk business

· Achieve monthly recruitments and licensing targets and quarterly business targets

· Mentor Management Trainees on recruitments
